In the very heart of Āgenskalns, a few minutes from the Kalnciems quarter, between Ormaņu, Struteles, Dreiliņu and Ernestīnes streets, we plan to build a new residential quarter. The project envisages the construction of 2 apartment buildings, renovation of the existing building, construction of 6 row houses and 2 private houses, thus bringing to life the various buildings characteristic of Āgenskalns, creating a well-maintained, safe, quiet and green environment. The author of the project is the award-winning architect Zane Tetere.
The project will offer 40 to 220 m2 of living space, which will be apartments, townhouses and 2 private houses. As the project envisages only 30-35 residential units, we can safely say that it will become the most exclusive residential project in Āgenskalns. Laboratorijas Street 25

2016-2017 Our company renovated two apartment buildings (35 apartments) in Grizinkalns, Laboratorijas Street 25, becoming one of the first developers who revealed to buyers this charming district of Riga, which undoubtedly has a huge development potential.
The buildings were replaced with all communications, renovated facades, staircases, landscaped yard and renovated part of the apartments. The popularity of the project is evidenced by the fact that all apartments were sold within 6 months.

Hanza hotel

In 2006, the company purchased a historic building at 7 Elijas Street, completely renovated the building to suit its needs, and in 2007 opened an elegant 3-star superior hotel with 80 rooms, a conference room and a restaurant. In 2011, the basement was rebuilt, adding a SPA center to the range of hotel services. The company operated the hotel itself, creating a team of professional staff and quickly winning its place among Ŗīga's accommodation. Successful work is evidenced by the high occupancy rates of ~ 80% per year, recognition from hotel customers and partners, as well as several awards and customer recognition. In the guest reviews of TripAdvisor in 2010 and 2011, the hotel was recognized as the best hotel in Riga for several months, the guest rating of Booking.com reached 9 out of 10 points, and the TripAdvisor World Travelers' Choice awards were received as one of the best hotels in Europe in their category. In 2015, the hotel was sold and is still operating successfully.
